To lead the development and delivery of high impact programmes for women entrepreneurs in low and middle income countries.
To set the direction of the Foundation’s programme work and lead the department responsible for the development and delivery of high impact programmes for women entrepreneurs.
The Director of Programmes will oversee the development and delivery of programmes, products and services tailored to the Foundation’s different target groups – poorest, “missing middle”, young women and adolescent girls – seeking to improve their ability to overcome disadvantages and removing the barriers that hold them back. The role will also support activity to build the profile of the Foundation’s programme work with donors, partners and other stakeholders.
You will have a team-based approach promoting the sharing and integration of programmatic activities as well as effective use of staff capacity, promotion of shared accountability, effective management, and production of high-quality work.
